Cymorth Dysgu

Ein bwriad yn Ysgol Blaenau yw :

Adnabod pob plentyn sydd angen sylw arbennig er mwyn helpu ei ddatblygiad corfforol, cymdeithasol, emosiynol neu ddeallusol.
Sicrhau bod y plant hyn yn derbyn y cymorth priodol er mwyn i bob plentyn elwa o’r Cwricwlwm.
Sicrhau bod y plant hyn yn cymryd rhan yn holl weithgareddau’r ysgol.
Eich cynnwys chi fel rhieni wrth i ni lunio cynllun gofal ar y cyd er mwyn i chi fod â ffydd yn strategaeth yr ysgol.

Mae disgyblion sydd angen ‘Cymorth Dysgu’ yn cynnwys plant o allu a dawn eithriadol.

Learning & Support

Identify all children who need special consideration to support their physical, social, emotional or intellectual development.

Ensure that these children are given appropriate support to allow every child access to the curriculum.
Ensure that these children are fully integrated in all school activities.
Involve you as parents in developing a partnership of support, enabling you to have full confidence in the strategy adopted by the school.

Pupils requiring ‘Learning Support’ includes children of exceptional ability and talent.

** The school has a Additional Learning Needs policy document which follows the new national guidelines. You are welcome to discuss this with your child’s class teacher.
